Meet the Team

CHIEF OF OPERATIONS

Sydney joined the Tueller & Gibbs team as the COO in 2022. She oversees all day-to-day administrative and operational functions, internal affairs, financial analysis, and strategic planning and execution. Sydney holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and is an MBA Candidate at University of Colorado Denver.

She and her husband have lived in Telluride since the '90s, where they raised their two daughters. Sydney is also an accomplished musician.

ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR

Caitlin is the Accounting Director and Firm Administrator for Tueller & Gibbs. Caitlin’s consulting background has a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and she is passionate about developing talent and building a strong team culture. In addition to business development, she has a strong foundation in accounting to problem solve and make fiscally responsible decisions.

PARALEGAL

Monique Bensett is a paralegal in the Telluride office, with a decade of experience in corporate, real estate, homeowner association, foreclosure and title matters. 

Monique received a B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University and a Degree in Paralegal Studies from Roosevelt University in Chicago.  She is also a board member of The Rico Center, a non-profit organization committed to preserving and enriching the quality of life for residents and visitors of Rico, Colorado.

PARALEGAL

Penny Lalonde is a litigation paralegal in the Denver office, with over twenty years’ experience in handling construction defect, commercial and real estate litigation matters at the state and federal level. She has an extensive background in handling e-discovery and in-trial support and presentation.

Penny was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and spends her weekends travelling, teaching dance and competing with students.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Evan Tueller grew up in Telluride, CO and moved back from Washington, DC the summer of 2020. She has worked with Tueller & Gibbs team since early 2020, and in the marketing and communications industries since 2013 - advising clients on brand strategy, business development, monitoring and evaluation approaches, data analytics/integrations, and web design platforms.

Evan has a B.A. in Art History and Humanities from CU Boulder, a M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University, and has lived and worked around the world - including Colombia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. She is the founder and managing member of MC Works, a Colorado-based marketing firm.
