  • Andrew is a litigator with an emphasis on real estate, construction and corporate disputes, homeowner association representation and personal injury litigation. Andrew has taken over 75 cases to trial or arbitration hearing, and creatively resolved hundreds of complex and often emotionally charged conflicts between entities, individuals and non-profit boards. Andrew’s extensive trial experience earned him recognition in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. This designation is given to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Colorado based on peer recognition and professional achievement.

    As a certified mediator, Andrew applies his years of litigation experience and negotiation acumen to help parties resolve their differences on their volition instead of enduring the substantial risk of trial. He is also a regular speaker at Front Range Investor Network and the Independent Brokers Group, where he lectures and engages small and large-group discussions on the anatomy of real estate development, construction and broker disputes and emphasizes pitfall avoidance.

    Andrew grew up in Tucson, Arizona, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2001, and his B.A. from the University of Arizona in 1997, where he majored in Communication with a double minor in Business and History. Andrew studied International Comparative Law at the University of Nairobi in Nairobi, Kenya in 1999. He has been an adjunct legal studies instructor at Parks College in Thornton, Colorado (since closed) and was a teaching fellow for the Masters in American & Comparative Law program at University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

  • Andrew has served on Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Board for NAMLO International, an international aid organization that focuses sustainable economic development in Nepal and Nicaragua; Andrew currently serves on the Advisory Board. Andrew is a volunteer mediator for Jefferson County.

    Andrew is also actively involved in the local community through volunteer work at Wyatt Edison Charter School, an inner city Denver elementary school. Andrew is a world traveler, has visited over 30 countries on six continents, and is an avid mountain biker and skier.
